How can a quiz know what my body needs?

It can't and we don't pretend otherwise. The quiz gives you a baseline, built from the things that genuinely shift what you need: age, sex, cycle, training load, sleep, stress, diet and what you already take. That's the same reasoning a proper consultation applies, applied consistently. A blood test sharpens it. Your wearable sharpens it again over the first weeks. It gets less generic the longer you're on it, which is the opposite of a bottle you buy once.

Isn't €45 (AED 220 in the UAE) a lot for supplements?

Compare it to what it replaces. Three or four decent bottles already cost that, except you guessed the doses, nobody checked them against each other and half of each bottle expires unfinished. Do I need a wearable?

No. The quiz alone builds your baseline protocol from your goal, training, sleep, stress and diet. A wearable is what makes it adaptive: it lets us add recovery support on hard weeks and pull the dose back as your numbers improve. We sync with Oura, Whoop and Apple Health.

Can I use a blood test?

Yes. And it's optional. Upload a panel and we refine the protocol against your actual levels instead of population averages. Vitamin D is the clearest example, where the right dose depends entirely on where you're starting.

Is this safe with my medication or condition?

Every protocol is screened against contraindications before you see it. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, on anticoagulants, have hemochromatosis or autoimmune thyroiditis or take chronic medication, the affected compounds are removed automatically and flagged for clinical review. It's still wellness guidance, not a medical diagnostic. Always clear changes with your physician.

What if I already take some supplements?

Tell us in the quiz and we exclude them. You won't get a protocol that double-doses the magnesium you already have in the cupboard.

Can I cancel?
